An exciting and varied role has become available for a part time Bookkeeper to join a thriving independent lettings agency within their award winning office in Dulwich. My clients are happy to offer the role on either a full time or part time basis however part time is preferred.

Part time Bookkeeper Benefits

• £30k – £40k depending on experience – Pro Rata if part time
• Monday – Friday role or part time hours

Part time Bookkeeper Duties:

• Processing invoices and payments.
• Bank reconciliation. 
• Processing rental transactions
• Deposit reconciliation
• Keeping on top of supplier invoices.
• Processing contractor invoices.
• Landlord annual tax statements.
• Receipting rent payments.
• Chasing debtors.
• Processing and arranging deposit returns.

Part time Bookkeeper Experience needed

• Experience in a similar lettings accounts role
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team player & articulate
• Flexible working approach
• Proactive & enthusiastic
• This is a great opportunity for a detail orientated candidate with accounts experience
