A rare opportunity for a New Homes Sales Manager to join a market leading Estate Agent in their BIrmingham city office. My client is a leading name in the area and has a well established new homes department within the business.

This role does not become available often and will give the chosen New Homes Sales Manager an excellent opportunity to work with a leading name. The earning potential on this role is hugely realistic with sensible monthly sales targets. For someone with the relevant contacts and experience in the Birmingham city cedntre new homes market this is an excellent opportunity to manage a highly established new homes division within this high street agents city centre branch. 

New Homes Sales Manager – Package

•  A basic up to £30,000 DEO and a demonstratable OTE of £100,000! 
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Focusing on New Homes Sales the chosen individual will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining and nurturing existing developer relationships whilst building new opportunities with new developers
• Sourcing properties
• Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable with on going developments within the city centre and the surrounding infrastructure.
• Having the knowledge and vision to sell and complete on off plan developments
• Ensure all opportunities to upsell third party services are grasped
• Managing your sales through to completion
• Becoming the “go to” person in the city centre for investors, developers and new build home
• The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the new homes sector at the moment, you will have at least 2 years property sales experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the brand.

New Homes Sales Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous New Homes experience or traditional Sales Negotiator experience of at least 2 years is essential
• Ideally you will have excellent knowledge of Birmingham city centre and the local developments
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
