Block Manager Full Time Permanent NEW

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Block Manager to join an extremely well respected property management company based at their office in Cardiff. My clients have a lovely team and excellent reputation and are looking for a diligent candidate who wants to work as part of a quality company.  

Block Manager – Benefits   

• £27,000 – £35,000 DOE and qualifications

Block Manager – Duties  

• Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio 
• Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents 
• Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned to you, including site visits and any repairs 
• Ensure company hits service agreement levels  
• Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholder 
• Assist with the service charge collection 
• Arranging AGMs
• Assisting with budgets and accounts
• Serving Section 20 notices

Block Manager – Experience Needed  

• Minimum of 12 months experience in Block Management preferred
• IRPM / TPI qualifications highly desirable
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills  
• Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively 
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
