Are you a highly organised and detail oriented administrator with experience in estate agency? This is your chance to join a market-leading, highly respected estate agent in their well established Kenilworth office.

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Administrator to support a busy sales team, playing a key role in the smooth running of day to day operations. As Estate Agent Sales Administrator what’s in it for you?

• Up to £28,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
• Optional 1-in-3 Saturday rota (negotiable!)

Your Key Responsibilities as Estate Agent Sales Administrator:

• Supporting the Sales Team with all administrative tasks
• Sending out Terms of Business & completing Anti-Money Laundering checks
• Creating letters, valuation reports, and professional property brochures
• Uploading listings, floorplans, and updates to Rightmove, Zoopla, and internal systems (Jupix)
• Managing price changes and maintaining accurate property data
• Providing a welcoming front-of-house experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an estate agency admin role is preferred
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Meticulous attention to detail – you pride yourself on getting it right
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Jupix
