A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join this leading, multi branch independent Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the Coventry area.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for someone with some experience of working as a Sales Negotiator already and ideally with local area knowledge.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

• £25k Basic Salary plus bonus – £30k OTE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Book viewings using the company’s system
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
• Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
• Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
• Market new stock on all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree buyer offers
• Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a natural ability to build instant connections with people
• You will have solid IT skills 
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
